We started growing vegetables and a few flowers even before we officially moved in on the Farm. Our Walled Garden and its glass houses had my heart immediately and if there where no other obligations and work to be done I would happily spend all hours of the day up there. We are lucky to have found some skilled tradesmen and women to help us in our pursuit of restoring the Glass houses back to their former glory and efficiency. My second favorite place is the beautiful Garden room. A former bakery, Laundry and then a Garden room which has now been thoughtfully restored and works as a conditioning room and a Floral Studio.

As a child her mantra was: A perfect day is sunny all day and when it has to rain it falls at night except when I'm camping. This still holds through but these days A great day is a day spent in the Walled Garden with the family, teaching, flowering up a wedding or welcoming a group to pick your own.

Our Story

We started growing a few veg and a couple of dahlias before we even moved in 8 years ago. We have since been selling wholesale flowers and teaching for 5 years. We are constantly improving and restoring but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
